Dear Fellow Devotee,
 
We are glad to see so many of you come and participate in the UGADI celebrations at the Temple. Also many of you commented how beautiful and gracious Sri Maha Lakshmi looks with all new jewels and new saree for this special occasion. Our priest Pandit Srinivasacharya Ji has done a great job of alankaram.
 
As previously announced, on March 24th, we plan to celebrate SRI RAMA NAVAMI  and SRI SHIRDI SAI BABA's birthday. Please see the attached brochure for details. Program starts in the morning at 11AM with abhishekams and and in the evening it starts at 6:30PM. Also on 27th (Saturday) we will celebrate SRI SWAMY NARAYANA's birthday and there will be bhajans and abhishekam on that day. On Sunday the 28th, we will start the program with the monthly Sri Sai Baba's abhishekam and that will be followed by Rama Navami special bhajans and kirtans by Ajay Bhargav and Surendra Sharma group from Lansing.
 
SO we have three days of programs planned for next week and see the attached brochure for all the details. Again this is our second Sri Rama Navami at our Temple and since our Temple's main deity is Sri Rama, we are hoping all of you can come and participate in these celebrations. 
 
Also we want to make sure you mark the dates June 25th, 26th & 27th on your calendars. As you know, it will be two years from the time we opened our Temple and so we plan to have a two year anniversary at that time. The anniversary itself can be and will be conducted in one day. However we plan to do PUNAH PRANA PRATHISHTA for SRI SHIRDI SAI BABA.

The current Baba's moorthy has had a small crack on Baba's right feet. For which the head priest from Shirdi, our priest and various other pundits have suggested to replace the moorthy without any delay. As suggested by the priests, we have been given six months time to take the corrective action. There cannot be a better time for this to take place than our Temple second anniversary.  This event will be headed by priest Sri Narasimha Chariji. The title given by him in Sanskrit is -

"WMHT Dvitiya Varshikotsava Prayukta Shirdi Sai Baba Punah Prana Prathishta Mahotsavam"

This is a three day event filled with the full program filled with all the pujas, havans (homams) and Kalasa pujas etc. It will be as grand a function as our first prana prathishta in 2008. For some of you who missed that celebration and for the new comers in the town, this will be once in a life time opportunity. As mentioned at our first prana prathishta time, on the average only one Hindu in every 100,000 will get an opportunity to witness and participate in a prana prathishta. So, we hope you take advantage of this special and unique and also very auspicious program and plan to participate. Again the dates are June 25th, 26th and 27th. We are giving enough notice so you can arrange your schedules to be here on those days.   
 
Also just you know, March 29th is full Moon day and so we will have our monthly Sri Satyanarayana Vratam on that day at 6PM.
